Horse Training with a Heart

Not only is it POSSIBLE to train using force-free techniques that IMPROVE your horse's quality of life and GREATLY benefit your relationship with him (or her!), evidence-based horse training works BETTER than 'traditional' conventional training.  There's a big difference between willingness and obedience and we are going to delve into both.  Willingness means your horse has a choice to participate.  If you believe that giving your horse a choice is a recipe for disaster or you want to retire training methods that make you and your horse feel bad, this clinic is for you! Learn how praise rather than punishment makes communication with your horse easy and fun.  Take your relationship with your horse to the next level!

Learn how the equine mind responds to different forms of training and why low-stress methods work best.  Learn the source of your horse's fear, anxiety, or frustration and how to change his view of the world.  When you attend this clinic, you will go home with a blueprint for resolving with behavior problems and know exactly how to prevent them in the first place.  

We are accepting four equine participants for this clinic in addition to an unlimited number of auditors.  Everyone who attends will have a chance to participate in learning exercises.  

Registration for you and your horse - $140

Registration for auditors - $80

Price includes a fabulous lunch, snacks, and beverages.
